We are on the lookout for a HRIS (Workday) Analyst to join our Human Resources team. This role is perfect for those who are passionate about utilizing and evolving their skills in Workday. The successful candidate will be instrumental in maintaining, enhancing, and optimizing our HR systems, projects, and processes to meet the evolving needs of our organization.

Schedule: Monday thru Friday business hours

What You'll Do:

  • System Support and Maintenance: Assist in the upkeep, testing, and deployment of Workday updates or fixes, ensuring system integrity and functionality. Engage in maintaining Workday and documentation of processes and outcomes. Support the resolution of HRIS helpdesk inquiries promptly.

  • Project Management and Process Improvement: Propose and enact improvements and innovative solutions to enhance system efficiency and user experience. Act as a pivotal contact between internal stakeholders and the HRIS team to facilitate the successful implementation of Workday solutions that meet business requirements.

  • Reporting and Data Integrity: Develop and manage reports or queries using appropriate tools to support organizational needs. Ensure the accuracy and consistency of HRIS data through regular audits and analyses.

  • Knowledge Building and Expertise: Stay informed about the latest trends and developments in HRIS technologies and practices. Serve as a resource for HRIS knowledge within the organization, aiming to continuously improve system utility and user competence.

  • Training and Development: Design and deliver training sessions and materials for end-users on new systems and processes. Encourage and support the ongoing development of HRIS skills within the HR team.

  • On Deck for 2024: optimizing modules such as time tracking, benefits, recruitment and talent, and core HCM

What You'll Need:

  • Skills and Experience: 1-3 years of experience in an HRIS or related role, with a preference for those familiar with Workday. A knack for problem-solving, excellent customer service skills, and a proven ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical teams.

  • Educational Background: A bachelor’s degree in human resources, Information Systems, or a related field. Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of education.

  • Professional Qualities: Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical abilities. Capable of working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities.

  • Collaborative Approach: Although there is autonomy, we are seeking those that like to share ideas, work as part of a team, bring knowledge to those that will benefit career wise, and help our internal HR clients understand the WHY of what we do.
