Position Summary/Purpose:

The Southwest division help student seeking to attend classes online in TX, OK and NM.  Specifically helping with enrollment, academic and finance procedures for online student and prospective students.

Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities/Essential Functions:

  • Work in both CRM data base and Accounts CRM
  • Report to the Associate Vice President of the division
  • Work directly with University Development Managers in OK, TX and NM to help
  • Work on various reports for the division
  • Data entry as needed
  • Majority or time will be working remotely

Equipment Used and Responsibility:

Work on a laptop in MS Office


  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products
  • Be self-driven
  • Work under minimum supervision
  • Task oriented
  • Have good written and verbal communication skills

* Enrolled at GCU as a full-time student in a Bachelor’s program or Master’s program.

* Retain a 2.0 GPA as a Bachelor level student or a 3.0 GPA as a Master level student.
