Grand Canyon Education is expanding the IT Service Delivery Team and looking for an Information Systems Analyst who will play a key role in delivering technology services to support our growing number of remote nursing lab at our partner locations.
The successful candidate will have a great opportunity to learn all aspects for supporting the technology at our partner sites. They will be the point of contact for technologies, coordinating support and maintenance, and responsible for service delivery and customer service. Responsibilities will also include managing customer relationships, support of IT Infrastructure at existing sites, and leading and participating in projects as new sites are added.
Individuals should be comfortable working in an unstructured environment, able to manage multiple priorities, willing to learn new skills and flexible as processes mature.

Provide outstanding customer service, project plans and executes projects including any necessary follow ups. Monitors and reports status on timelines and progress.

Advocate for our customers and serve as the conduit with multiple teams including hosting, network, security, procurement, and vendors through which requirements flow to deliver solutions.
Work independently with our customers to understand needs, pain points and problem statements, solutions, timelines.
Assist Tiers 1 and 2 Support if needed and provide Tiers 3 and 4 Support as required
Coordinate with internal resources and vendors as needed to order equipment, services, and support
Identify gaps and areas for improvement in existing or potential solutions and work closely with other change-agents to implement resolutions.
Support services used at both our corporate and remote site locations including Network, Hosting and Security Services
Engages and collaborates with GCE Systems, Network and Security Teams for projects, changes and problem solving.
VPN Support for remote users
Delivery of network services using multi-purpose network and security devices
Support services used at both our corporate and remote site locations including Network, Hosting and Security Services.
Delivery of Network Services using multi-purpose network and security device and Wireless Infrastructure at main and remote sites.
Intermediate skills in Networking.
Ensure proper monitoring, backups and business continuity measures are in place.
Tracks hardware and software for all systems related to business and site services.
Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays as required to provide support and maintenance for systems, and to ensure 24/7 support and troubleshooting of business-critical database servers.
Willing to work "on-call" regularly.

Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline (computer science, information technology, etc.) from a regionally accredited institution or equivalent work experience, with a technical major, such as engineering or computer science.
An equivalent combination of directly related work experience, certifications and education may be substituted upon supervisor’s approval.
Prior Project Management or Business Analyst experience a plus.
Prior experience managing projects a plus.
Prior Windows and Network System Administration experience a plus.
Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills.
Understanding of project management techniques including planning, organizing, time management and scheduling.
Sees both the ‘big picture’ and details.
Highly self-motivated and directed with a keen attention to detail and willingness to assume responsibility.
Writing and Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) to facilitate delivery of IT solutions for business needs.
