As the Paid Media Senior Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for the planning, creation, and execution of integrated digital advertising campaigns, as well as overseeing lead gen efforts for multiple university partners. Apply today!

Responsibilities:

  • Execute, monitor, and analyze campaigns in Google, Bing, and Facebook producing insights that drive performance

  • Perform search query analysis, bid optimizations, keyword research, write & test ad copy, and optimize campaign structure to meet performance goals

  • Monitor budgets and optimize campaigns for performance on an ongoing basis to reach spend and performance targets

  • Perform regular analysis on the post-lead performance of paid media channels and campaigns, drilling down to potential influences and ideating next steps

  • Continuously examine, implement, and measure results of A/B tests for elements such as creative, audiences, ad formats, etc. optimizing for backend conversions

  • Stay familiar of industry standards, ad platform changes, new paid media opportunities and implement new strategies to reach targets

  • Collaborate with multiple teams to drive marketing projects from idea to execution

  • Other duties assigned

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or related work experience

  • 4-5 years of experience directly managing, optimizing, and reporting on paid media campaigns on Google and Bing

  • Strong communication and organizational skills to effectively manage multiple channels

  • Strong knowledge of media metrics

  • Data-driven thinking to test and iterate based on data-driven insights

  • Curious mindset in performance, business

  • Must pass pre-employment background investigation
