Office Assistant, Curriculum Design and Development
Job Description
Grand Canyon Education (GCE) is seeking an Office Assistant to support the mission of Grand Canyon University through GCE's Curriculum Design & Development department.
Position Summary/Purpose:
The purpose of this position is to assist the Curriculum Design and Development department with administrative projects and tasks.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist with development of job aids and resources for various curriculum teams
- Organize work priorities in management system (xRM) to meet specified deadlines
- Organize, update, and prepare curriculum information that adheres to detailed guidelines
- Work within various curriculum systems (e.g., SharePoint, LMS and xRM) for which training will be provided
- Perform quality assurance tasks related to project management processes
- Test newly developed data applications
- Follow directions to update data and accomplish projects

Experience/Education:
Grand Canyon Education is committed to a student first policy. Therefore, all applicants must meet the following eligibility requirements to be considered for student employment:
- Enrolled at GCU as a full-time student in a Bachelor’s program or Master’s program.
- Retain a 2.0 GPA as a Bachelor level student or a 3.0 GPA as a Master level student.
- Maintain good financial and academic (SAP) standing with the University.
You may be subject to termination if you fall below the minimum requirements.

Pay Rate: Minimum Wage
