Marketing - SEO Project Coordinator (NFWS)
Job Description
Grand Canyon Education (GCE) is seeking a Student SEO Project Coordinator to support the mission of Grand Canyon University through GCE's Digital Marketing department.
Position Summary/Purpose:
The student SEO Project Coordinator is key in assisting the SEO team with managing team-initiated SEO projects. The SEO projects are designed to increase organic traffic to the gcu.edu website that produces student leads for the university.
Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities/Essential Functions:
Provides day-to-day project management and accountability for SEO projects and tasks to completion using approved tools
Assist with moving SEO projects along by following defined processes to task appropriate team members
Correspond with full-time team members about assignments via email and other project management systems to understand timelines, delays and next steps
Special projects as assigned, especially during summer/winter breaks.

Microsoft Office Suite
Workamajig project management software
ClickUp
Azure DevOps
Qualifications:
Current bachelor’s or master’s degree students enrolled in a project management, marketing, business, communications or similar program.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs like Word and Excel.
Strong organizational and time management skills and attention to detail.
Behave in a professional manner, including timeliness, and communication.
Must be available to work a set schedule each week, though this can be adjusted with proper communication and notice to manager
Must live in Arizona and be available to work during school summer/winter breaks.
Experience/Education:
Grand Canyon Education is committed to a student first policy. Therefore, all applicants must meet the following eligibility requirements to be considered for student employment:
Enrolled at GCU as a full-time student in a bachelor’s program or master’s program.
Retain a 2.0 GPA as a bachelor-level student or a 3.0 GPA as a master-level student.
Maintain good financial and academic (SAP) standing with the University.
You may be subject to termination if you fall below the minimum requirements.
