Marketing - Project Assistant (NFWS)
Job Description
Grand Canyon Education (GCE) is seeking a Project Assistant to support the mission of Grand Canyon University through GCE's Marketing department.
Purpose within the Organization:
Through general supervision, this position will assist the Online Client Services Marketing team with client (enrollment and college) support and marketing implementation.
Responsibilities Related to Purpose:
- Coordinates deployment of marketing activities with all relevant stakeholders.
- Meets with Marketing management to ascertain project objectives.
- Keeps Marketing management informed of progress and potential issues and makes recommendations to ensure plans are well coordinated and synchronized.
- Safeguards GCU’s branding strategy in the development of materials and media.
Qualifications:
- Outstanding writing and communication skills.
- A sense of urgency for responding to client needs.
- Understanding of the audiences they are communicating with.
- The ability to develop appropriate responses with customer service in mind.
- Good attention to detail, analytical and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of AP Style.
- Knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of project management software preferred, but not required.

- Enrolled at GCU as a full-time student in a Bachelor’s program or Master’s program.
- Retain a 2.0 GPA as a Bachelor level student or a 3.0 GPA as a Master level student.
- Maintain good financial and academic (SAP) standing with the University.
You may be subject to termination if you fall below the minimum requirements.
Pay Rate: Minimum Wage
