The Marketing Department is seeking a full-time Marketing Fulfillment Logistics Specialist. This position will assist the Assistant Director of Marketing Services in creating and establishing effective fulfillment timelines, managing equipment and other internal orders. Note: This is a hybrid position that will require 2-3 days per week in office and the other days working remotely from home.

What you will do:

  • Manage and maintain relationships with fulfillment facilities and production vendors. 

  • Ensure equipment and promotional materials orders, productions and deliveries are well-coordinated and synchronized to meet necessary timelines. 

  • Pull reports and delve into data to help determine volume of orders and achieve business goals. 

  • Manage the order fulfillment process including order placement, inventory control, shipping and reporting. 

  • Oversee the ordering tracking process and ensure orders are processing according to Marketing’s customer service standards. 

  • Report on the progression of fulfillment operations, providing timely communication to inform internal management on the status of orders, changes, and activities that may affect business operations. 

  • Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors to quickly resolve delivery and fulfillment issues. 

  • Recommend opportunities and strategies to ensure fulfillment channels meeting current and/or future needs. 

  • Work with department directors and managers to learn departmental needs and goals. 

  • Manage and train Student Workers as available. 

  • Safeguard the university client's brand and budget in the development of materials.

  • Other duties as assigned.

What you will have:

  • Bachelor degree in marketing or business preferred

  • 3 years marketing, fulfillment or warehouse experience preferred

  • Experience in project management

  • Good attention to detail

  • Analytical skills

  • Knowledge of marketing branding and fulfillment processes

  • Provide a positive example to students by supporting GCU's Doctrinal Statement, Ethical Position Statement and Mission
