Marketing - Digital Asset Management Assistant (NFWS)
Job Description
Grand Canyon Education (GCE) is seeking Digital Asset management assistant to support the mission of Grand Canyon University through GCE's Multi-Media team in the Marketing department.
Purpose within the Organization: The purpose of the Digital Asset management assistant will be to assist the marketing multimedia team in the organization of digital assets during traditional office hours.
Responsibilities Related to Purpose:
- Assist with metadata input in DAM system
- Execute and monitor large data transfers
- Assist with footage requests from video post production team
- Assist with backlog of hard drive organization
- Additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Extremely organized and detail oriented
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills
- Outstanding ability to stay on task and manage time.
- Ability to work approx. 10 hours a week

- Enrolled at GCU as a full-time student in a Bachelor’s program or Master’s program.
- Retain a 2.0 GPA as a Bachelor level student or a 3.0 GPA as a Master level student.
- Maintain good financial and academic (SAP) standing with the University.
You may be subject to termination if you fall below the minimum requirements.
