We are seeking an a well-versed IT Warehouse Specialist. In this role, you will manage equipment warehousing, maintenance, distribution, and employee equipment return. This position will also manage the equipment tracking system.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate Equipment Purchases 

  • Ensure Cleanliness and Organization of Warehouse 

  • Manage Equipment Inventory 

  • Computer Imaging 

  • Prepare equipment based on tickets 

  • Responsible for Coordinating Recycle Pickup 

  • Ship Equipment and Termination Kits 

  • Tag equipment based on assigned company 

  • Track/Verify equipment is Received/Returned by Employees 

  • Call in Manufacturer warranty repairs 

  • Weekly Inventory Tracking 

  • Other duties as assigned

Education/Experience:

  • Highschool Diploma

  • Previous warehouse experience preferred

  • Previous pallet jack and/or forklift experience preferred

  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds

  • Related technical certifications are helpful but not required

  • Must work outside of normal business hours and rotating shifts

  • Must pass pre-employment background investigation
