Compensation: $18.50 p/h
Who you are:
You are responsible for CRM customer management and supporting counselors, student auditing, bulk transfers, and monitoring EC Landing pages.
As an Enrollment Support Representative II, a typical week might include the following:
Complete all essential duties of Enrollment Support Representative I.
Complete weekly sweeps to ensure inquiries and students are assigned to the appropriate counselors, based on their desired program of study and/or demographics.
Conduct various daily audits to ensure inquiries have been assigned to the appropriate queues.
Assign rep codes to new hires, rehires, and employee transfers.
Monitor EC Landing Page for correct assignments.
Complete bulk transfers of records to new owners.
Depending on assigned work location, greeting visitors in the Executive Office, and creating meeting room reservations for executives.
The role might be right for you if you have:
CRM, SRS, Quick Connect and other university systems
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
Strong and accurate data entry skills.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Demonstrated customer service experience preferred.
Data entry experience preferred.
Previous experience in Enrollment Support
