Job Description

Primary Responsibilities /Accountabilities/ Essential Functions:

1. Maintain computer testing and accommodations testing rooms.

2. Prepare room in advance of scheduled exams.

3. Maintain ChromeBooks (charging, cleaning, storing).

4. Monitor ChromeBooks to assure operational status and troubleshoot common problems.

5. Restore testing area to its previous arrangement prior to exiting following exams.

6. Manage test scheduling and related procedures.

7. Develop exam schedule in partnership with Program Director and Faculty.

8. Proctor computer-based exams, including course exams, Kaplan exams, retakes, math exams, etc.

9. Validate appropriate identification for admission to exam.

10. Assist students to log into exam.

11. Troubleshoot testing issues as necessary.

12. Monitor exam process and progress.

13. Enforce all rules and regulations as necessary.

14. Follow established protocol for integrity breaches.

15. Provide technical assistance to faculty and students related to testing.

16. Maintain and update knowledge of current operating technology.

17. Provide administrative support to the Program Director and Office Manager as needed.

18. Perform various tasks, assignments, and projects as directed (open houses, site tours, etc.).

19. Perform additional duties as requested by Program Director, nursing faculty, and Office Manager.

20. Maintain and manage individual and group scheduling and calendars.

21. Other duties as assigned.

None.

Experience/ Education

Experience

  • Experience with MS Office software and Windows environments,
  • Experience in a higher education environment is strongly preferred, but not required.
  • Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and learning content management systems (LCMS) is strongly preferred, but not required.
  • Must successfully pass a background check.

Education/Certifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • College degree preferred.
