Curriculum Technology Support Specialist
Grand Canyon Education (GCE) is an educational service company that provides an array of support services in the post-secondary education sector. Formerly part of Grand Canyon University (GCU), GCE still supports and works closely with GCU. GCE designs and develops educational programs for GCU and other traditional campus institutions, as well as online partner institutions at the undergraduate, graduate and doctoral levels.
Grand Canyon Education's Curriculum Design and Development department is currently seeking a Curriculum Technology Support Specialist. The Curriculum Technology Support Specialist uses various tools and technology to perform a variety of administrative functions to support the Curriculum Design and Development department.
Maintain departmental documentation in conjunction with management and committees.
Troubleshoot technological systems to ensure operational stability and assists with system updates, maintenance, and testing. Escalates issues as appropriate.
Recommend operational process improvements specifically related to systems use and functionality.
Coordinate the dissemination of information/communication as needed.
Provide systems account access, assist with providing new team members access and instruction for the library and systems, and update systems as needed.
Enter course and program information into the organization’s management information system.
Assist with tracking metrics, data, and project status, and provides reports as needed.
Conduct training of various internal systems and assists in developing training materials.
Track and order curriculum related materials and supplies.
Oversee, address, and distribute cases and projects in the xRM Support System.
Perform other duties as required.
Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience.
Demonstrated professional work experience with listed duties and skills preferred.
Must pass pre-employment background investigation.
